Space

There is no question that serviced apartments win out over average hotel rooms in dimensions – guests can spread out and take advantage of the ‘zoned areas’ or separate rooms with defined spaces to work, cook, relax and sleep. This is especially appreciated in longer stays.

Cost-effective

The average daily rate per room tends to be more cost effective than with hotels, especially for longer stays. With welcome hampers on arrival as well as the availability of shopping services available from many operators, guests can benefit from the staffed support, yet also save money that would have been spent on mini-bars and room-service. Also a cost-saving: serviced apartments normally offer free Wi-Fi unlike some hotels (we certainly do).

Self-contained and safe

By their very nature, serviced apartments offer a self-contained environment which is safe and secure – there are typically less communal areas than in hotels. Our guests can book and stay with confidence, with extensive measures and protocols in place to provide a safe environment.

Very located but on the edge of the road is a little noisy if you’re used to the countryside. The accommodation is not suitable for 4 people, the sofa bed is not a real sofa bed

We booked the apartment so that a friend could be close to Ipswich Hospital. Tony was very helpful and kind. Tony was on hand if needed. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at Tony’s place, the rooms are exactly as they’re described. The front door took a little to understand how to work, and there was an issue with co2 and smoke detector, that the host took prompt action on. The bed is super comfy and it’s easy to get into town, there’s also a big sainsburys in walking distance. Would stay again!
